You and your students can create your own personalised playlists in Access GCSEPod. By creating your own playlists, you can make them as targeted or diverse as you like.

Weโ€™ve also built functionality for sharing playlists, so students and teachers can share anything they make with each other.

Create a custom playlist

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Teach then under My Playlist, click Create New Playlist.

  2. Search for and select the relevant pods.

  3. Enter a name for the playlist then click OK.

Add pods from an existing playlist

You can add a pod to one of your custom playlists directly from another playlistโ€™s page. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Teach, then select the subject.

  2. Select a topic, then a playlist.

  3. Click a Pod from the list on the right.

  4. Click the three dot menu under the video.

  5. Select Add to Playlist, then one of the options below:

    • Click an existing playlist to add the Pod to this playlist.

    • Click New Playlist to create a playlist and add the Pod to it.

Manage your playlists

Once you create your custom playlists, they appear under the My Playlists section within Teach. To manage your playlists, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Teach, then scroll down to My Playlists and click View All.

  2. Click the three dot menu next to a playlist and select Delete Playlist to delete it.

  3. Click a playlist to view its Pods.

  4. Click the three dot menu to the right of each Pod and then select Remove from Playlist to delete this Pod from the custom playlist.

  5. Click Share & Assign to share this playlist to students or create an assignment on it.
