Every pod has a unique code which you can enter into the search bar on Access GCSEPod. Pod codes allow you to easily map content to your Schemes of Work and direct students to relevant points of learning.
Find a pod's code
You can find a pod's code either by looking in the information underneath the video or by checking the content list.
Information on video
Click Teach, then select a subject.
Select a topic and a playlist.
Click on one of the pods from the list on the right.
Scroll down and select the Summary tab.
The pod code will be displayed in the information under the video.
In the example above, the pod code is AACH-001-010.
Content list
Download the content list for the subject or topic that the pod is related to.
Select the option DF List of Topics (with Pods and codes for current exam board selection).
For each pod, the code will be displayed in the column next to its title.
Search for pods via their code
Enter the pod code in the search box at the top of the screen.
Hit Enter on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass icon
.You will then be taken to the playlist containing this pod code. You can click on each pod in the playlist and view the pod code in the information below the video.
