To ensure that all teachers can log in successfully you will need to make sure that they are using the correct email address and password for their Access Evo account.
Check the email address
First, make sure that the teacher's correct email address has been linked to their account.
If this is incorrect, change the teacher's email address to reflect the correct one.
Reset the password
If the email address is correct, the teacher will be able to reset their own password by following the steps below:
Go to the Access GCSEPod login page and click Login as a teacher.
Enter your email address and click Next.
At this point you will be asked to enter your password.
Click Forgot your password?.
Click Send me the code.
You will receive a verification code to the email address you've entered.
Check your Inbox and enter the code, then click Verify my email address.
Enter a new password and click Set my password.
You will now be logged in to Access GCSEPod.
π Note: You cannot reset the password for another user. The teacher will need to reset their own password by following he steps above.
