At the Access Group, compliance and consistency are at the centre of everything we do.

As all GCSEPod users are customers of the Access Group, you too get to benefit from the security policies that we refer to as Access Identity. When it comes to security infrastructure and system architecture, we take every precaution to guarantee that we uphold industry-leading standards.

In June 2024, we changed the way teachers log in to GCSEPod.

Logging in with Office 365 or Google is no longer available for teachers, as they now log in via Access Evo.

Office 365 and Google single sign on is still available for students.

Access Identity for manual authentication

When Access Identity is enabled on your site, teachers are redirected to the Access Identity screen to complete the login.

This does not apply to student users.

As a teacher, follow the steps below to log in for the first time:

  1. Go to our login page and click Login as a teacher.

  2. Enter your email address and click Next.

  3. Click Start Migration.

  4. A code will be sent to your inbox; enter this and click Verify to continue.

    • A message will appear to let you know that you will be redirected to Access Identity to complete the login process. This message only appears the first time you log in to Access Identity.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Click It’s my first time signing in.

  7. Enter a new password and click Set my password.

  8. Enter your password and click Sign in.
