It’s important to select the exam boards your school uses for each subject on GCSEPod as this ensures that students only see content relevant to them.
Any teacher within the school can set exam boards for any subject. However, we recommend that the exam coordinator or GCSEPod lead sets the boards for the whole school.
📌 Note: All teacher users have access to Advanced Admin in order to set exam boards. Please keep in mind that once a user makes changes in this area, they will apply for everyone in the school.
To set exam boards:
Once logged in, click your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Click Advanced Admin.
Click Set Exam Boards.
Expand each subject and select all exam boards you need to be available for the school.
When done, click Save exam boards.
Click Confirm on the pop-up message.
