Change of MIS

Take these steps once your school has migrated to a different MIS to ensure accounts get synced correctly.

Most schools that use Access GCSEPod have an MIS integration enabled, which means both teacher and student accounts get imported from the MIS and do not need to be created manually.

When the school migrates to a new MIS (for example, moving to Bromcom from SIMS) the integration will momentarily be stopped on our end. This means that newly added teacher and students will not pull through to Access GCSEPod.

To ensure the sync works correctly, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant once the migration has taken place. We will make the changes needed on our end and re-enable the MIS integration.

πŸ“Œ Note: Our development team will be able to process the migration only after it has taken place. It is not possible to book a change of MIS ahead of the migration.
