Comparing usage between groups in Monitor & Manage can be useful when running competitions or wanting to see which form, class or year group is exceeding in their use of Access GCSEPod.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Monitor from the menu on the left.
Click the Compare Groups tab.
All groups will be selected by default, but you can click Filters to compare specific groups.
Click the Select Groups dropdown to select the groups you need to report on.
Click Columns to add or remove columns in the report.
Click Export to download the report as a .csv file.
