You can monitor the engagement of your students by any group that is pulled through by your MIS or that you create.

Monitor by group

  1. Click Monitor from the menu on the left.

  2. Use the Search for groups search box to find your group or click Filters to filter groups.

  3. Once you find the group, click the Usage button to its right.

From here you can view the group's usage, activity and manage the group.

Usage

The Usage tab shows simple and advanced pod usage, Check & Challenge questions answered and the n umber of assignments each student has handed in.

You can filter the data to show a specific time frame, subject and amend what counts as a completed watch for advanced pod usage.

Activity

The Activity tab shows a breakdown of every student's watched pods, completed Check & Challenge and any assignments they've handed in. You can filter by activity type, date and subject.

You can also view report summaries at the top of the page that you can filter by subject and date.

Manage

In the Manage tab, you can see which students within the group have activated their Access GCSEPod accounts, and you can activate and edit users.

You can filter this by activated, not activated, gender, ambassadors, PP, EAL and high attainers.
