Analysing last academic year’s usage can be helpful to look for correlations between GCSEPod use and results.
There are a number of ways in which you can access last year’s usage:
Run the Compare the Classroom report for the previous academic year
Build a report from scratch and run it for the previous academic year
Run a usage report for a group of students for the previous academic year
Export Raw Data for the previous academic year
📌 Note: We anonymise student details 6 months after they’ve been removed from your MIS.
Compare the Classroom
The Compare the Classroom report can be run for the previous academic year and it will also display the top 20 students for this time period.
To view this, run the Compare the Classroom report and select Last Academic Year from the time period dropdown at Step 1.
Build a report
To build a custom report for the previous year:
Click Monitor from the menu on the left, then click Build a report.
Select the relevant option to build the report as needed.
On the Generate screen, click the Date range dropdown and select Last Academic Year.
Click Apply.
Usage report
To view a detailed usage report for the previous year for a specific group of students:
Click Reports, then View Detailed Usage.
Find your group and click Usage.
Click Filters on the left.
Click the Time Period dropdown and select Last Academic Year.
Click Apply.
Export raw data
Click Reports, then Export Raw Data.
Scroll down to Start Date - End Date and select Last Academic Year from the dropdown.
Select the subjects and then click Generate.
The report will be emailed to you. Please note it may take a few minutes for this to arrive and that it may be sent to your Spam or Junk folder.
