Reporting and sharing individual student usage can be particularly useful for parent evenings. You can obtain data of an individual student on Access GCSEPod, by going to the Monitor & Manage menu and accessing their profile.
You can see an overview of the student's pods watched, assignments submitted and Check & Challenges completed. You can also apply filters to drill down the information further.
Click Monitor from the menu on the left.
Use the Search for a student search box to type in the student's name.
Click the student's name to go to their profile.
Click the Activity tab to view their activity in all areas.
Click the Pods tab to view which pods the student has watched, as well as the completion percentage and the speed the video was played at.
Click the Assignments tab to view activity related to assignments, such as which assignments have been started or completed.
Click the Check & Challenges tab to view the student's results and completion percentage on the Check & Challenges they have been assigned.
