In Access GCSEPod, you can build a report using either our ready-made options or custom your own report for a more granular focus.
Ready-made report
Click Monitor from the menu on the left, then click Build a report.
Select Ready-Made and click Next.
Select one of the options below:
Pods accessed by Students in this academic year
Assignments handed in by Students in this academic year
Check & Challenges completed by Students in this academic year
Pods accessed by Teachers in this academic year
Assignments set by Teachers in this academic year
Check & Challenges completed by Teachers in this academic year
Use the filters to select a subject, student cohort or time period for the report.
Click Apply to save the changes.
Scroll down and click Export to download the report.
Custom report
Click Monitor from the menu on the left, then click Build a report.
Select Custom Report and click Next.
Select a cohort, the usage type you want to report on and click Next.
Use the filters to select a subject, student cohort or time period for the report.
Click Apply to save the changes.
Scroll down and click Export to download the report.
