If your school have an MIS integration enabled, email addresses for all users will need to be changed in the MIS rather than on Access GCSEPod.
Because we sync the information from the MIS every night, if you change an email address on GCSEPod but do not change it in the MIS, this will result in the change being overwritten within the next 24 hours.
If you have amended email address in the MIS but they are different on GCSEPod:
Make sure that the email addresses are added in the Work field in the MIS, as this is the field we pull data from.
Make sure there aren't any issues with the sync due to a Groupcall or Wonde error.
If you use Groupcall to sync data to GCSEPod, please reach out to Groupcall Support first.
If you use Wonde, please reach out to Wonde Support.
Check your IT department if there has been a recent MIS migration for your school. If this is the case, the sync will be stopped and needs to be re-enabled. Please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant to request a re-sync.
