If your school has single sign on enabled and you have confirmed that most students can use this function without any issues but some students cannot, please make sure that email addressed are added correctly and that they are being pulled through via Wonde or Groupcall.
Add email address to the MIS
First, check with your school's MIS manager that all students have their correct email address added in the MIS in the Work field.
We do not sync information from other email fields.
Check the Groupcall sync
If your school uses Groupcall to sync data, make sure that the importing of student email addresses is enabled.
Log in to your Access GCSEPod account.
Go to Groupcall Settings and tick the Student Emails box.
Click Save.
Check the Wonde blocklist
If your school uses Wonde to sync data, make sure that the affected students are not on the Wonde blocklist.
Matching GCSEPod Account Not Found
If the affected students receive the error 'Matching GCSEPod Account Not Found' when trying to log in via SSO, they either do not have an email address added at all or they have an incorrect one assigned.
Please make sure that the student uses the same email address as the one in the MIS.
