Currently it is not possible for users with a teacher account to find or recover deleted accounts on Access GCSEPod.

If an account has been deleted by accident or if you have reason to believe it has been deleted, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent. Our Support team will be able to recover the account from our end.
π Note: Once we've recovered the account, please make sure that the user is added correctly in the MIS. If they are missing from the MIS, the account will get automatically deleted again once the sync takes place.
