You’ll receive notifications through your Access GCSEPod account to keep you up to date on what’s happening on the site.
Alerts let you know when:
Students submit an assignment you have set them
Your assignment deadlines have passed
Students have responded to your feedback
There are new features and content releases
Notifications settings
To amend your notifications settings:
Click your name in the top right corner.
Click My Account.
Scroll down to Notifications and amend the Daily Notifications and Weekly Notifications as needed:
Daily/Weekly updates off
Roundup for current day (Receive evening)
Roundup for previous day (Receive morning)
View notifications
To view the notifications you've received in Access GCSEPod:
Click the bell icon
in the top right corner.Select the Notifications tab, then click each notification to view its details.
Select the What's new tab to view content updates.
Student notifications
Students don’t receive email notifications, however, when they log into their accounts they have an alert in the top right corner advising them of new notifications.
Students receive a notification advising them of a new assignment, feedback on an assignment or new content.
