Setting up a student demo account can help when you're demonstrating Access GCSEPod to students in assemblies and during revision sessions.

Set up a demo student account

To set up a demo student account:

  1. Click Monitor from the menu on the left.

  2. Click Create User under Actions.

  3. Select Student.

  4. Fill in the fields below:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Date of birth

    • Username

    • Password

    • Confirm Password

  5. Click Create.

πŸ“Œ Note: All other fields are optional, but you will need to complete the ones listen above in order to have an active account and be able to log in.

Log in to your demo student account

Once you've set it up, you can log in to your demo student account by following the steps below:

  1. If you are already logged in as a teacher, click your name in the top right corner and then select Log Out.

  2. Go to our login page and click Login as a student.

  3. Enter the username in the Username or Email field.

  4. Enter the password in the Password field.

  5. Click Login.

You will now be logged in and will see the system as a student.

If you have chosen a username that another student from a different school also has, you will be asked to confirm the name of your school in order to log in to the correct account.

We recommend setting up a unique username in order to avoid this.
