You can see which students have been most recently active on Access GCSEPod within the Usage tab of a group or by viewing all students.
By Group
Click Monitor from the menu on the left.
Use the Search for groups search box to find your group or click Filters to filter groups.
Once you find the group, click the Usage button to its right.
Click the Last Activity column title to order the list of students based on latest activity.
By all students
Click Monitor from the menu on the left.
Click All Students, then click the Usage tab.
Click the Last Activity column title to order the list of students based on latest activity.
By individual user
Click Monitor from the menu on the left.
Use the Search for a student search box to find the student's profile.
In the Profile area, the last activity will be displayed as below:
