Raw Data Report email not being sent to teacher

Follow this guidance if the raw data report is not being sent to a teacher's email address.

If you have tried generating a Raw Data Report but haven't received it via email please follow the steps below.

  1. Click Reports and then Export Raw Data.

  2. Check that your correct email address is added in the field at the top of the page.

  3. Check your Inbox as well as the Spam and Junk folders for the email.

  4. Contact your IT department to ensure that [email protected] is added to your school's safe list.

If you have followed the steps above and you haven't received the report within an hour from generating it, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and provide us with the email address you've sent the report to.
